Peyton Sullivan-Ross is the director of clinical operations at Red Oak and a key member of our leadership team. In her role, she helps ensure the integrity, consistency, and smooth delivery of Red Oak’s clinical services.
Peyton oversees our clinical service pathways—from our Learning Institute, which provides training for new team members, to ongoing professional development for our clinicians. She manages the operational systems that support high-quality care across departments and ensures that our programming, including groups and specialized services, aligns with the needs of the families we serve. Peyton also leads Red Oak’s university-affiliated training initiatives—including our psychology practicum program—providing structure, guidance, and a strong foundation for developing clinicians.
In addition, Peyton fosters and maintains Red Oak’s community relationships and partnerships, strengthening connections with universities, referral sources, and community organizations.
Peyton earned her Bachelor of Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University and brings more than a decade of client-service experience to her leadership role. She is known for her steady presence, warm communication style, and commitment to creating clear, dependable systems that support clinical excellence.
