In her role, she oversees the operational systems that support clinical care across the practice, helping ensure services run smoothly, teams stay aligned, and families experience consistent, high-quality support from their first point of contact onward.
Petra brings several years of experience in healthcare operations, where she has led process improvement initiatives, strengthened internal workflows, and supported multidisciplinary teams in delivering client-centred care. She is especially passionate about building systems that are clear, sustainable, and people-focused, believing that when operations are strong, both clinicians and families can focus on what matters most.
