Our strength-based, fun, and supportive small-group sessions empower children and teens to recognize and celebrate their abilities, build upon their strengths, and learn new skills. Our neurodiversity-affirming approach ensures kids feel seen for who they are.

We offer dyads and small group therapy at Red Oak
Dyads pairs two clients with a practitioner, matched by shared goals and developmental stage. This format allows for customized, flexible sessions while encouraging peer connection.
Small groups of 4–6 participants provide a supportive space to practice strategies from individual therapy. Kids and teens build confidence, communication, and collaboration skills as they apply what they’ve learned in therapy in real-world situations.
