With 10 years of experience as a special education teacher, Randi specializes in supporting students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism by developing individualized education plans and targeted executive functioning coaching.
Randi’s expertise includes teaching strategies that improve organization, time management, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation, alongside providing tailored academic support. She also collaborates closely with families and educators to implement effective accommodations that enhance student success and independence.

Randi uses an array of resources, strategies and manipulatives to create meaningful and engaging lessons helping students to incrementally and systematically build skills in areas of need.
Recognizing the importance of social and emotional development and skill building, Randi often incorporates mindfulness activities into her lessons.
