Teaching & Educational Support
Kelly brings several years of experience as a teacher supporting students who benefit from structured guidance, differentiated instruction, and individualized learning strategies. Her background includes classroom teaching and special education resource work, where she supported neurodivergent learners and students with diverse academic needs.
Executive Function Coaching
As an executive functioning coach, Kelly blends evidence-based EF strategies with a collaborative, student-centred approach. Her areas of expertise include strengthening planning and organizational skills, building time-management routines, supporting emotional regulation, improving self-advocacy, and developing practical strategies for task initiation.
Kelly also draws on foundational training in pediatric psychosocial care—informing her ability to help students manage stress, develop coping tools, and feel more confident during challenging experiences. Her sessions combine skill-building, guided practice, and reflective conversations so students leave with strategies they can apply at home and school.
Coaching Philosophy
Kelly approaches her work with warmth, structure, and a deep appreciation for each learner’s strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. She meets each learner where they are, offering strength-based support grounded in connection, consistency, and compassion. She works alongside students to co-create meaningful goals, break tasks into manageable steps, and build routines that strengthen independence and executive functioning skills.
Kelly also partners with families to ensure that strategies are practical and supportive across home and school settings. Her approach uses visual tools, guided practice, and reflective conversations to help students understand their learning process, develop practical strategies they can use in everyday life, and build confidence in their abilities.

“I believe every learner brings their own story, strengths, and unique learning profile. With thoughtful support and small, meaningful steps, students can build the clarity, confidence, and self-awareness they need to move forward. Over time, these moments of progress help them see just how capable they truly are.”
