Clinical Expertise
Self-regulation
Drawing on the Zones of Regulation framework, Stephanie works closely with each child to create personalized, creative self-regulation tools, such as visual supports, sensory strategies, and balanced routines.
Executive Functioning
Stephanie personalizes assessments and interventions by creating tools, systems, and strategies to support planning, impulse control, organization, initiation, and attention. These strategies help children build independence and succeed in daily activities at home, school, and in their communities.
Gross Motor Development
Stephanie supports gross motor development through engaging, play-based activities that build strength, coordination, and proprioception. She uses obstacle courses, animal walks, and interest-based games to make gross motor skill practice motivating and enjoyable.
Treatment Philosophy
Stephanie’s philosophy is grounded in a neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based approach. She focuses on children’s interests and skills while empowering them to build tools to support participation in meaningful activities. Stephanie also works to promote confidence and resilience with her clients by encouraging risk-taking activities during sessions that can be generalized into day-to-day life.
