Meera Premnazeer is a registered occupational therapist and Director of Occupational Therapy at The Red Oak Centre, providing children, teens, and their families with strategies and skills to successfully engage in daily life. She has experience working with children and young adults who identify as neurodiverse, who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, and learning disabilities.

She holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Toronto, where her research focused on improving healthcare delivery for people with stroke and their caregivers across Canada through a person- and family-centered care lens.
