Dr. Kathleen Lee provides assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents experiencing a variety of difficulties. In addition to her role at Red Oak, she is also a staff psychologist at McMaster Children’s Hospital.
Clinical Expertise
Dr. Lee provides assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents experiencing a variety of difficulties related to learning, attention, anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, disruptive behaviours, emotion dysregulation, suicidality, as well as stress and adjustment challenges.
She also specializes in providing support to children and adolescents coping with the psychological impacts of serious medical concerns.
Dr. Kathleen Lee also provides parent coaching and consultation to empower caregivers in supporting the social, emotional and behavioural development of their child.

Dr. Lee has extensive training and experience working with young people and their families across diverse settings including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Markham Stouffville Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), McMaster Children’s Hospital, Toronto Catholic District School Board as well as in private practice clinics.
Dr. Lee is currently a staff psychologist at McMaster Children’s Hospital and is involved in clinical research evaluating technology-assisted psychotherapy for children with serious medical illnesses.
