Note-taking — a vital and often missing skill for students — is at the heart of learning and writing. When students learn how to take notes effectively, they don’t just learn how to record, they learn to think, organize, and reflect.

This structured and interactive program helps students develop confidence and independence in note-taking through direct coaching and guided practice. Specific skills include how to:

  • identify the main topic
  • recognize important information
  • organize ideas clearly
  • build simple, effective notes
  • connect reading to understanding and performance
