Alicia Suntoo is Red Oak’s clinic administrator. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all children, youth, and families who walk through our doors.
With a strong background in customer service, Alicia brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. Her passion for mental health and academic training fosters her understanding of the clinic’s needs and the community we serve. She approaches each day with a strong sense of purpose and a genuine desire to support our mission. She is dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at Red Oak and to making each visit a positive experience.
Alicia recently graduated from York University with a Bilingual Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
