In a warm and supportive space, our OT-led Girl Talk group helps girls build skills to navigate friendships, manage social challenges, and build self-confidence. Through role-play, interactive discussions, and lots of fun, participants learn how to form positive friendships, communicate effectively, and manage their emotions during conflict. Girls also learn strategies for resolving conflict and advocating for themselves.

Group FAQs
What if I can’t attend/miss a session?
Group fees are collected in full at the time of registration. Missed sessions will be charged to ensure consistency and commitment to the group. All fees are non-refundable and missed sessions are processed as no-shows.
What if my child is just outside the listed age range?
Contact the facilitator of the group. They can discuss your child’s needs with you, assess whether the group’s age range skews younger or older, and help determine if it’s the right fit.
Are group sessions covered by insurance?
Groups are typically facilitated by occupational therapists and billed accordingly. We do not offer direct billing, so please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
