Vered Feldman

Vered Feldman is an educator specializing in literacy development. With over 20 years of experience working as a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, and literacy coach, Vered believes in the importance of building relationships with students, parents, and teachers to support student success.

Vered’s instruction is based on each student’s strengths and needs, building literacy skills in a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment. Beginning with the fundamental belief that every student wants to succeed, Vered utilizes a variety of methodologies to help each student work toward their full potential. Learning through games is an essential component of Vered’s teaching style, as literacy skills can be practiced while simultaneously building essential communication and social skills.

Vered completed her Bachelor of Arts at Western University and her Master of Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and is currently working toward a Doctorate in Child Study and Education at OISE, with a focus on literacy development.
