Develop emotional regulation, social thinking, and coping strategies in a fun, camp-inspired environment

Camp Coping

Ages 10-12

Facilitated by Veronika Niemczyk

Through engaging activities, crafts, mindfulness, and sensory-based coping techniques, children aged 10-12 will learn how to understand their emotions better, manage big feelings, and build flexible thinking and social communication skills.

The group draws on Social Thinking® principles, OT-based regulation tools, and summer play to support children’s emotional growth.
