Hayley Forbes
Hayley Forbes is the Intake and Client Care Coordinator at The Red Oak Centre. With a warm and client-centred approach, Hayley is often the first point of contact for families, helping them feel heard, supported, and guided from the very beginning. She strives to meet each client where they are, offering compassionate and professional care throughout the intake process.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and a College Diploma in Social Service Work from Algonquin College. Through her education and experience, she has developed a strong foundation in mental health and a trauma-informed lens—both of which inform her thoughtful, attuned support of Red Oak clients and families.
