Zack is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor in Education from York University’s Urban Diversity Program. He holds Additional Qualifications in Special Education with a focus in self regulation and behaviour management. Zack has worked with students of all profiles and learning styles in his role as a special education teacher and continues to support students and their families to build on their capacities to regulate, initiate, engage, and organize. Zack’s approach focuses on bridging gaps and overcoming barriers by utilizing student strengths and interests. With a keen focus on getting to know the individual learner, Zack builds an engaging and thoughtful program which can be applied to academic and social setting. Zack’s goal is to build individual capacity for continued social, emotional, and academic success by giving the learner the tools to navigate and engage in their academic and social life with balance and confidence.
