Our mindfulness services support self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-acceptance, resiliency, focus and attention.


We teach skills to reduce stress and anxiety and lay the foundation for thriving relationships, beginning with oneself. Our mindfulness coaches are certified applied mindfulness and meditation specialists.

Tailored, mindfulness coaching is available on a one-on-one basis with children, adolescents and parents. Individualized goals are established and specific mindfulness skills are taught. Single sessions or packages are available depending on an individual’s goals. Mindfulness groups are also offered at the Red Oak.
