Dr. Ami Tint

Psychologist | PhD, C.Psych

Dr. Ami Tint provides psychological assessment and treatment services for children and adolescents presenting with a range of concerns related to learning, attention, anxiety and depression, social skills, disruptive behaviours, and emotion regulation. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum with co-occurring mental health concerns.

Dr. Ami Tint also works closely with parents helping them to support their children’s social, emotional, and behavioural wellbeing. She takes an evidence-based approach to her clinical practice, integrating current research with clinical expertise while ensuring all services are individualized to meet client needs.

Dr. Ami Tint completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology at York University. She trained at diverse public and private mental health settings, including Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and Surrey Place Centre. Currently, Dr. Ami Tint is completing a post-doctoral fellowship at CAMH. She is actively involved in clinical research focused on the health and wellbeing of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.
